How does the lifetime guarantee work?

The Jeweller Plug is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee card for all purchases of jewelry. If your product damages, fades, or breaks during normal wear, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

We work with a Lifetime Guarantee card for every order*. To be eligible, you must send us both the damaged piece and the card. Please contact us before doing so.

How should I store/protect my jewelry?

Jewelry should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

What does Gold Plated mean?

Well, gold plated jewelry is not made of solid gold. The base metal in that situation is usually a copper or silver, which are much more affordable than any gold alloys. However, gold plated jewelry is made by using electricity or chemicals to deposit a thin layer of gold over that other base metal.

So now the big question: is 18k gold plated real gold? The answer is: yes, there is real gold on such jewelry, even if it’s just a thin layer of it.

Note: There might be used high-quality nickel to improve the bonding between the underlying surface and the plating.


Is your gold plating just like any other company's?

No, our gold plated products are finished using the same quality specifications as vermeil jewelry. The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

Here at The Jeweller Plug, we are extremely customer friendly. Our main objective is to provide customers high quality jewelry at an affordable cost. Our essence is premium jewelry without the premium price.

All the orders in the next EU-countries will be shipped for the following prices:

    Please allow up to 1-2 business days from the date of your order for processing, before your package is shipped out. 

    How long does shipping and processing take?

    All the packages are handled via Bpost or Post NL and take on average 1-3 business days (depends on location) after processing (1-2 days).

    Customized Products will be delivered in 1-3 weeks after we receive your order.

    What is the Refund Policy?

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
