HOW TO RETURN

We allow up to 14 days from date of delivery to request your return. After this time period our system will not allow for it. 

We do not currently offer free returns labels. We will, of course reimburse the postage fee should you receive the wrong item or an item in error and have to ship it back.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. You must notify us of your return within 14 days by registering your return on our online returns portal.

We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy. 

This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odours
  • Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact

    We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

Note: We do not accept returns for custom products or orders as they are made-to-order and cannot be re-sold. All earrings sales are final due to hygiene purposes.

You’ll need the following info to register your return:


  • Order number (Starts with "#" followed by 4 digits
  • Postcode


How to register your return:


1  Enter your order number AND postcode OR Track & Trace number

2  Select which item(s) you are returning and why.

3  If you are selecting an exchange remember to add the new size, you require.*

Select your preferred returns method. 

Confirm your original personal and delivery info (modify if needed)

6  Complete your payment for your returns label.

7  Download and print your returns label. 


*Note: if the new size requested is out of stock you will be automatically refunded.


Once you can see your return has reached our warehouse please allow up to 7 working days for this to be confirmed via e-mail.

Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return reaches us

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERED PACKAGE

In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at info@thejewellerplug.com and we will assist you.


PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE JEWELLER PLUG

If your tracking shows your parcel has been "returned to sender" this is most likely due to an address issue. If this occurs please contact our customer service team at info@thejewellerplug.com and we will assist you.

BUY ONE GET ONE FREE RETURNS

For orders included in the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, in order to receive a refund or exchange, BOTH items must be returned. If only 1 item is returned we reserve the right to reject the request.


LIFETIME GUARANTEE

The Jeweller Plug is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry. 

Which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee card for all purchases of jewelry. 


This entitles you to a one-time replacement of a piece - free of charge - should you experience any manufacturing defects. 

This includes, defective hoop (pendant), defective clasp, stone faults.


The guarantee is voided under intentional breakage, water damage or fading due to wear and custom orders.


Please note, we offer replacements of the exact same item that is damaged, we cannot replace it for another item of the same or different value.
