LIFETIME GUARANTEE and MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - The Jeweller Plug

 

1. LIFETIME GUARANTEE

The Jeweller Plug is committed to providing the highest standard of jewellery – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee card for all purchases of jewellery. If your product damages, fades, or breaks during normal wear, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

We work with a Lifetime Guarantee card for every order*. To be eligible, you must send us both the damaged piece and the card. Please contact us before doing so.

2. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

The money back guarantee is only good if you purchased the piece from thejewellerplug.com and the piece is in:

- Mint condition

-  With no damage at all

- And you have your order number.

 

You have 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

  • If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be granted a partial refund.

  • Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us. To return your product, send us an e-mail at info@thejewellerplug.com or send us a DM on our instagram.

We can’t cover stolen or lost items.
