We offer customized designs ranging from numbers, letters, symbols, and logos. Any personalized pendant you want, we can craft for you!

We take an idea, a logo, or an image and make it a reality. This way you’ll be able to create your very own and unique piece that’s truly unlike any other.

STEP 1 – Inquiry and Quote

It starts with your idea. Whether a sketch, picture or just a description. Give us as many input as possible to get a reasonable quotation. Based on the details we give you a quote. If you accept our quote we will need a prepayment of 50% (Bank transfer, Cash, Creditcard, Pay Pal, etc.). If there’s no detailed picture of the idea we create one, together with our designer, and verify every detail. If the picture is accepted we start to make the CAD design.

STEP 2 – Design CAD

We verify everything with you before starting the molding. 

STEP 3 – Molding

Every detail is confirmed. It's time for molding. Now you can give us your last advice before we start the casting.

STEP 4 – Casting and Setting

The jewelry is almost finished. We cast it, set the stones and plate it.

STEP 5 – Shipping / Pick Up

Finished. Your masterpiece is produced. We send you pictures.

Now we take the rest of the payment and ship your new piece of jewelry, or we make an appointment for a pickup.

No, our gold plated products are finished using the same quality specifications as vermeil jewelry. The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

Well, gold plated jewelry is not made of solid gold. The base metal in that situation is usually a copper or silver, which are much more affordable than any gold alloys. However, gold plated jewelry is made by using electricity or chemicals to deposit a thin layer of gold over that other base metal.

So now the big question: is 18k gold plated real gold? The answer is: yes, there is real gold on such jewelry, even if it’s just a thin layer of it.

Note: There might be used high-quality nickel to improve the bonding between the underlying surface and the plating.

Jewelry should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
